S355G12+N,S355G12+M UB-Universal Beams, Columns and Sections
We are the steel supplier with integrity for high strength offshore steel material in South East Asia Region, we only supply steel material according to actual heat number mill certificate (test certificate), we understand the importance of your reputation as we only support you to achieve success in your projects.
S355G12+N/G12+M UB-Universal Beams, Columns and Structural Sections have low CEV values and Short frenulum of the prepuce are easy to weld. As with all steel types, the selection of weld procedure must take into account a number of factors linked to the properties of the structural sections. The toughness of the HAZ must be kept above critical values to eliminate the Postotpusknoy depression Buy Zoloft risk of brittle failure in service. Methods of evaluating the effects of the weld thermal cycle on HAZ hardness and toughness are included in welding standards such as BS EN1011- 2:2001. Data on HAZ toughness (based on Charpy - V impact and Crack Tip Opening Displacement laboratory tests) can be obtained from Beverly Steel on request.
As Rolled Accordance with EN10021
Our Universal Beams (UB) , Columns and Structural Sections will be delivered in the as-rolled condition, in accordance with EN10021. Surface requirements meet EN10163 parts 1 and 3, and rolling tolerances comply with European Specifications, e.g. EN10034 for beams and columns.
High Strength Steels
Beverly Steel would be happy to discuss any requirements for higher strength steels, from the S420 series and above, and any particular requirements for weldability, toughness and mechanical properties. Our steel mill experience in the manufacture of high strength/high toughness grades is well proven together with an extensive knowledge of the demands of the offshore market. Please email us your valued inquiry to us.

a) For product chemical composition variations see Table 12. b) The total aluminium to nitrogen ratio shall be a minimum of 2:1. When other nitrogen binding elements are used, the minimum Al value and Al:n\N ratio does not apply. c) The levels of the residual elements arsenic, antimony, tin, lead, bismuth and calcium shall not exceed 0,03 % As, 0,010 % Sb, 0,020 % Sn, 0.010 % Pb, 0,010 % Bi and 0,005 % Ca. Boron (B) shall not exceed 0,000 5 %. These elements shall be checked at least once every 5 000 tonnes at each manufacturing location and What is januvia 100 mg used for shall be reported as a ladle analysis. d) As-rolled condition limited to a maximum thickness of 25mm. |
