S355G11+N,S355G11+M UC-Universal Columns

S355G11+N,S355G11+M UC-Universal Columns

Beverly Steel Malaysia is an leading steel and f children com metal distributor with a great breadth of experience supplying universal columns to offshore oil and gas industries and special high strength projects, we offer wide range of S355G11+N and S355G11+M UC-Universal Columns from various country of origin from European Region, Japan, Korea and China.

As Rolled Accordance with EN10021

Our UC-Universal Columns and beams will be delivered in the as-rolled condition accordance to EN10021, rolling tolerances comply with European Specifications, e.g. EN10034 for beams and columns. The sections surface requirements meet EN10163 parts 1 and 3.

S355G11+N and S355G11+M UC-Universal Columns Welding

S355G11+N/G11+M Universal Columns (UC) and structural sections are easy to weld due to low CEV values. As with all steel types, the selection of weld procedure must take into account a number of factors linked to the How the brain works and how to improve its performance properties of the structural sections. The toughness of the HAZ must be kept above critical values to eliminate the risk of brittle failure in service. Methods of evaluating the effects of the weld thermal cycle on HAZ hardness and toughness are included in welding standards such as BS EN1011- 2:2001. Data on HAZ toughness (based on Charpy - V impact and Crack Tip Opening Displacement laboratory tests) can be obtained from Beverly Steel on request.

Extra High Strength Steels

We would be happy to discuss any requirements for higher strength steels sections, from the S420 series and above, and any particular requirements for weldability, toughness and Roulette gives big winnings mechanical properties. Our steel mill experience in the manufacture of high strength/high toughness grades is well proven together with an extensive knowledge of the demands of the offshore market. a) For product chemical composition variations see Table 12.

b) The total aluminium to nitrogen ratio shall be a minimum of 2:1. When other nitrogen binding elements are used, the minimum Al value and Al:n\N ratio does not apply.

c) The levels of the residual elements arsenic, antimony, tin, lead, bismuth and calcium shall not exceed 0,03 % As, 0,010 % Sb, 0,020 % Sn, 0.010 % Pb, 0,010 % Bi

and 0,005 % Ca. Boron (B) shall not exceed 0,000 5 %. These elements shall be checked at least once every 5 000 tonnes at each manufacturing location and shall be reported as a ladle analysis.

d) As-rolled condition limited to a maximum thickness of 25mm.
